These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the K9NE website and orders placed through it. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the website.
2. Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, colours, images and measurements accurately. Screen settings, lighting and production variations may cause minor differences. Measurements may vary slightly between garments.
3. Prices and Availability
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice. Products, sizes and colours are subject to availability. An item appearing online does not guarantee that it is available until the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. K9NE may contact you to verify order details and may decline or cancel an order when information is incomplete, payment is not received, stock is unavailable or fraud is suspected.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Customers must provide accurate billing information and have authority to use the selected payment method.
6. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. K9NE is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays, inaccessible telephone numbers and incorrect delivery information.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by the Returns & Exchanges policy. Personalized, altered, worn or washed products are not normally returnable unless supplied incorrectly or received defective.
8. Cancellations
Contact K9NE promptly to request cancellation. An order may not be cancelled after printing, customization, packing or dispatch has started.
9. Intellectual Property
K9NE names, logos, designs, photographs, text and website content are owned by K9NE or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without written authorization.
10. Acceptable Website Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, submit false orders or use the website for unlawful activity.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, K9NE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, courier delays or misuse of products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
